Presentation of the work:
‘’The Crowd’’

The subject of this work is the ‘’Crowd’’. It is a series of paintings on canvas in acrylic colors and drawings with pencil. The idea of this specific subject starts from the various events which happen nowadays all over the world. Refugees, immigration legal and illegal, masses of people moving in urban centers or even the anxiously struggling crowds of everyday life. The stigma of our times is the insecurity and fear. The main feature that predominates in all this work is a multitude of linearly human heads who give the impression of an endless sea that moves and flows in various directions. The eyes are projected as intensively dark spots indicating feelings of anxiety and fear.
